Let’s be honest: we’re not Amazon.
We don’t have robots, drones, or a magical returns department. What we do have is a brutally honest refund policy that won’t waste your time.
🔁 Can I return something?
Only if it's broken, misprinted, or otherwise messed up.
Our products are made to order just for you, which means we don’t keep stock in a sad warehouse somewhere. So:
🔁No refunds for changing your mind.
🔁No exchanges because you ignored the size guide.
🔁Yes, refunds for damaged or incorrect items.
You have 14 days from delivery to let us know if your item arrived in a condition that made you sigh audibly.
📩 How to request a refund:

2.Include your order number + clear photos of the issue.
3.Optional but appreciated: sarcastic commentary.
Without proof, we can’t process anything, no matter how tired we are.
💸 Refunds (if approved):
If your request is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Processing times depend on your bank, card provider, and whether Mercury is in retrograde.
If it's been a while and you haven’t seen the refund, check:

📦 Exchanges?
Only if the item is defective or damaged. Otherwise, embrace the chaos and keep it.
🎁 What about gifts?
If your order was marked as a gift and shipped to you directly, we’ll offer store credit or a replacement if the item is damaged.
If the gift came through someone else, they’ll be getting the email and the refund. Family drama not included.

We care, but we’re not miracle workers. Broken = refunded.
