📦 Shipping & Delivery
When will I receive my order?
Burnt Out Dumpster’s orders have an average processing time of 3–6 business days, so please keep this in mind when purchasing. Customizable products may take longer to ship.
Shipping is available only within the continental United States.
🚫 Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to Alaska or Hawaii. The flames don’t fly that far.
Delivery time from our warehouse to your local carrier usually takes 7 to 14 business days. For more details, please see our Shipping Policy.
Due to seasonal demand and other factors, production and delivery times might be delayed by up to 5 business days beyond the standard timeframe. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Why was my order shipped separately?
We use print-on-demand partners (such as Printify) with warehouses in various US locations. Our stock is spread across several fulfillment centers to get your order to you faster. Therefore, orders with multiple items may be shipped separately.
You may receive some items before others — don’t worry, the rest are on their way!
My order shows “Delivered” but I haven’t received anything.
If you received a delivery notification but did not find the package in your mailbox, apartment office, or doorstep, please consider:
📦It may have been delivered to your PO Box, if you have one. Please check with your local post office.
📦Your neighbors or housemates might have received it by mistake. You may want to check with them.
Where do you ship from?
Burnt Out Dumpster’s products are manufactured and shipped from print provider centers located across the United States.
🛠️ After-ship Issues
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
We’re sorry you received a damaged or defective item! Please send a photo of the damaged product to info@burntoutdumpster.com. After reviewing, we will provide instructions on how to dispose of the item. You don’t need to return it.
I received someone else’s order/item.
Sorry for the mix-up. This rarely happens during busy seasons. You don’t need to contact the other customer. Just fill out our contact form with a photo of the wrong item, and we’ll send you a replacement quickly.
I am missing items from my order.
If your items were shipped from different locations, some may still be in transit. If you have no tracking info for remaining items, please contact us.

How do I place an order?
1.Choose your favorite products and click "Add to cart"
2.If customization is available, provide the required info (images/text)
3.Enter your shipping address within the United States
4.Select your payment method and complete the order
We’ll handle the rest :)
I can’t find my order confirmation email.
If your order was processed successfully, you should have received an automatic confirmation email. Please check your Spam, Promotions, or Junk folders if you don’t see it in your inbox.
Add our notification email to your whitelist to improve delivery. If you still don’t find it, contact us for help.
💳 Payments
How can I pay for my order?
We accept secure payments via Shopify Payments and PayPal.
Shopify Payments supports major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
PayPal lets you pay via your PayPal balance or linked cards.
Choose whichever method suits you best.
Will my card information be safe?
We use Shopify’s secure platform to protect your payment data. Shopify encrypts credit card info according to PCI-DSS security standards.

My card was declined. What should I do?
Check that these details are correct:

🏠Billing address
